Kiwi666 è una creatura da cameretta a cui piace sperimentare con il pop psichedelico anni ‘60, l’estetica slacker/lo-fi slacker rock anni ‘90 e tutto quello che ci passa di mezzo. Il suo habitat naturale sono i mercatini dell’usato, dove va a caccia di strumenti musicali vintage da riparare e vinili di Neil Young.

In questo EP di debutto, atmosfere psichedeliche dal retrogusto lo-fi fanno da sfondo ad una serie di favole sulla natura sbagliata, dove il disagio esistenziale del cantante si traduce in una serie di immagini lisergiche e personaggi outsider. Il suono pesca a piene mani dal pop psichedelico anni ’60 (Love), l’indie-rock anni ’90 (Elliott Smith) e lo slacker rock contemporaneo (Mac de Marco/Kurt Vile).

Kiwi666 is a bedroom creature who likes to experiment with 1960s psychedelic pop, the slacker rock/lo-fi aesthetic of the 1990s and whatever falls in between. His natural habitat are flea markets, where he haunts down old music gear and Neil Young records.

In this deut EP, psychedelic atmospheres with a lo-fi touch form thre backdrop of a series of fairytales on wrong natures, where the existensial dread of the singer is reflected in a series of lysergic immages and outsider characters. The sound of these songs is a love letter to 60s psychedelic pop (Love), 90s Singer/songwriter indie rock (Elliott Smith) and contemporary slacker rock (Mac de Marco/Kurt Vile)
